focuses on working with entrepreneurs and owners through regular
coaching sessions to drive change and results.

A Typical Coaching
In each coaching
session there are three key areas that will be covered.
- You will have homework between each coaching session. This
usually involves reading and answering some questions designed to
make you think. We often use our FocalPoint coaching
methodology but also use other resources and tools.
Commitments - Through the lesson
material you will decide how you want to apply the lessons to
your business. Nothing will change in your business until you
take action. This is the most important part of coaching,
that you take action that is different and see the results.
- Accountability - You have to report back how you have
done in following through on your action commitments.
Sometimes when you fail to take action your coach will have
to bring some heat and be stern with you. When you complete
your commitments and see results your coach will celebrate with
